to be harmful to individual Users, TaalMala.com, other users of
TaalMala.com, or any rights of TaalMala.com or any third party,

foregoing, neither TaalMala.com nor its Providers can ensure
prompt removal of questionable Content on its web site.

Terms and Conditions for Using TaalMala Software
TaalMala.com licenses the Tabla, Pakhawaj and Tanpura accompaniment software named TaalMala
via our web site. The use of this software (all editions of it for PC, Android and iOS)
is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) distributed
with the respective Edition(s) of the software. The user(s) of
the TaalMala software are bound by the terms and conditions
outlined in the respective EULA. If the user does not agree
to any terms in the agreement, he/she cannot install the
software on his/her computer.
You can download and install the trial edition of TaalMala software
free of charge for a period of 14 days. If you wish to continue using
the TaalMala software beyond 14 days, you must purchase a license.

The licensed editions (Windows PC) of TaalMala use two-level
security method to prevent unauthorized use and piracy of the software.
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will get a password-protected
link to download the installation file for licensed edition of the
software. Once the installation is complete, when you run the software
for the first time, it will automatically generate a TaalMala System Info
file (TaalMala.tsi) and ask you to save it. You must send this file to
us via email to us to generate a valid license file. Based on your system
information, we will generate and send you a unique license file
(TaalMala.lic) via email. To register TaalMala, you should copy both files
to your TaalMala installation directory. This is a one-time procedure.
As long as your laptop or Android device does not change, the license
file provided to you should continue to work (even after re-installing
the TaalMala software). However, we do understand that there are certain
circumstances beyond your control which may require a new license file.
To prevent unauthorized copying and piracy of our software and
to protect the interest of paying customers, we have formulated the
following policy and strictly adhere to it. By purchasing a TaalMala
software license, you agree to these conditions.
- Any substitute license or new license for new laptop or Android device
will be provided completely at our sole discretion. Please send a request with valid
reason to service@taalmala.com.
- A maximum of 1 license file per 6-month period will be provided, with
a life-time maximum of 4 license files.
- Every new license request must be accompanied with a valid reason for
requesting a new license.
From time to time, we update the app with new functionality, bug-fixes and features.
Some of these updates are provided free of cost to our customers. Although
we test on a large number of devices for compatibility of the updates, we cannot
guarantee that the update will work seamlessly on your device. Therefore,
it is solely your decision whether to download and install the
update and we cannot be held liable for any non-working update that you end up
installing.
Google, Apple and Microsoft keep providing updates to their platform operating systems.
Although we test our apps on the latest updates, we cannot always guarantee that the latest
updates from these platforms will be compatible with TaalMala. So if your update to the platform
software causes TaalMala to stop working, we cannot be held responsible. Your only option
in that case will be to revert the update or contact Google/Apple/Microsoft on how to
revert the platform update.
